The Atlas Copco ZBP 150-150 is a high-output lithium-ion energy storage system built for demanding industrial and hybrid power applications. With increased storage capacity, strong discharge performance and dual-voltage output, it supports heavy-duty loads across construction, mining and remote operations.
The ZBP 150-150 provides 153 kWh of lithium-ion storage through a 76.8 V LiFePO4 battery system. Ten 200 Ah battery modules deliver substantial usable capacity, supporting extended operation between charges. The system offers an expected service life of 6,000 cycles at an 80 per cent depth of discharge, making it suitable for long-term use on high-demand projects.
With a rated output of 150 kVA (150 kW) and dual voltage capability at 400 V and 230 V, the ZBP 150-150 can support heavy site equipment and large distribution boards. A 217 A discharge capability allows the unit to handle significant load fluctuations while maintaining stable, reliable performance.
The ZBP 150-150 is housed in a durable canopy designed for challenging site conditions. Integrated lifting points enable straightforward transport and placement, and the enclosure provides convenient access for routine checks. Battery balancing back to full charge is required once every three months, supporting predictable, low-frequency maintenance.
The unit supports three operating modes for adaptable site use.
Island Mode supplies stand-alone battery power where generator-free operation is required.
Hybrid Mode pairs the unit with a generator to help manage load variations and reduce fuel use.
Series Mode connects multiple units to increase total storage capacity and extend runtime for larger applications.
